If I could have put a minus on the star rating I would have. This post office definitely needs to be re-staffed with someone friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, who can think and work quickly without acting as if every task is a huge inconvenience to them!
Yes this office is as bad as the rest of the reviews state. I almost think it would be better to close it and expand the main Sedona post office. People would have to drive more but at least it would put an end to the constant stress of frustration one experiences at this place. It's only open 9-3 anyway. Just put it out of it's misery.
Ditto. The line continued to grow as the lady moved like molasses. Never got another clerk to help. Nada. It is as bad as all the reviews say.
Bought a house near here a year ago took almost the entire year to straighten out my mail delivery. Won't even go in the office too frustrating. They need to hire competent employees. Horrible place.
I came to mail off a package and I was in line waiting.. I over heard a customer at the counter complaining to the clerk and she asked for a manager, the manager stepped in and ended up making the situation worst! I couldn’t believe a lady like herself is a manager, VERY RUDE with poor customer service. Once I saw this happening, I immediately left. I ended up at the UPS STORE, paid more but better atmosphere and staff!
