This company is a monopoly. You are forced into their horrible service. Very nasty people. Corporate happy talk on the outside complete gestapo Nazi’s on the inside. They turn off your water. A simple overlooked bill. I have several properties & sometimes paying 30-40 bills a month can be a daunting task…sometimes bills can get over looked.
Very bad people, policies, service, bad company, all the way around....other reviewer was right- monopoly! And very clear they don’t care about customers. Rude staff.

They cut off my water 8am, Tuesday. Their reasoning? “We’ll cell phone companies cut off your phone service if you don’t pay…”
First of all they don’t cut off service for a $65.00 bill! Secondly they give you many texts, leave messages, very clear bills & notifications- not some obscure looking piece of mail that looks like junk mail & easily gets lost in 5lbs. Stacks of junk mail per week!
Then bill is all paid up! I even paid a $21.00 restoration fee, this morning!
If I ran my business the way these clowns run their business I’d be out of business in 6 months! This is one lousy group of people from the top down to the receptionist.
But no! These clowns have to cling to their bs, “well we gave you a 10 day notice in the mail…” “And we even gave you a full extra day!” As if that makes them the best & irreproachable!
I come back home 12:30midnight & water is still off!
This is one incompetent company of cronies, lousy product, lousy procedures & lousy people!
They cone out to your house to cut off your water, the least they could do is just knock to see if someone’s home who might just pay the $65.00 bill with cash in their pocket or something???? Huh?? You think???!!! No! Not these idiots!

You might think these gestapo tactic people might have the common decency & courtesy, once they’re at you house, to simply try giving a knock on your door as a last ditch resort to keep customers on friendly terms & maybe get a payment! I would have answered & palm to forehead- “oh! I totally spaced out! Here.....how much do I owe, again?!!”
Thirdly, A CELL PHONE IS NOT A FREAKIN’ HIGH LEVEL VITAL NECESSITY LIKE WATER!!!! Any clown can understands that!
This is what happens when the Senator’s sister’s, brother-in-law, cronies, run business & utilities in the state you live in! It’s all crony monopolism!
