Worst place on earth. Unscrupulous business managers. Nurses here are wonderful and provide some of the best service around, however the nurses are underpaid and are abused like slaves. The facility is in desperate need of repairs and remodel.

Overall, I'll give them a 4 star rating...
And I am impressed that I was asked what they can do to improve each individual's stay here. That's important IMHO.
I have to admit. There are many employees that really care about their patients. I was one of them.
The food is good, quality is good and they so try to vari the menu, as much as possible.
Their therapy personal are top notch. I can see their desire to improve each patients life.
meals are skimpy and poorly planned, not served as indicated on meal slip, some staff are great but several night staff are rude and inconsiderate, ignore bed alarms and room alarms, beds are literally falling apart
I arrived today to rehab from a total knee replacement. My stay here so far has been miserable. The cleanliness is obsolete. And the nursing care is poor, very very poor. The staff are disrespectful and I'm a patient who is using a walker due to the surgery I had a couple days ago and the nurses have ignored my elderly roomate who needs to use the restroom frequently so I've been assisting this poor woman. They are extremely unorganized and have zero bed side manor. Mold growing in the shower and bathroom. Need I say more!!
This facility is one of, if not the best nursing home/rehab care in Central Arizona. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food is pretty darn good for a hospital setting! These people go out of their way to make sure their patients are taken care of the best possible way. I would highly recommend this establishment. A+
